Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson continued to see the first rep on kick returns, ahead of WR Joe Webb and CBs A.J. Jefferson, Josh Robinson and Marcus Sherels. "I think (Patterson is) more comfortable catching kickoffs right now than punts, like a lot of young guys," special teams coordinator Mike Priefer said Wednesday, June 19. "But we're making progress in both phases." Priefer said if the season were starting right now, Sherels would be the team's punt returner.
