Buffalo Bills DL Torell Troup (back) said he will have to wait around 12 weeks before moving around normally and begin weightlifting after undergoing back surgery in December. He is wearing a big back brace now but will be able to take it off in about two months.

Updating a previous report, Buffalo Bills DL Torell Troup (back) will have surgery on his ailing back Friday, Dec. 16. Troup has been battling lower back issues since preseason. He'll have a spinal fractured repaired and disc clean up performed, and Troup said his rehab should take about three months.

Buffalo Bills DL Torell Troup (back) will have surgery within the next two weeks to fix a "minor fracture" in his spine. He will need roughly three months to recover. The surgery will also fix a pre-existing back problem.
