The Philadelphia Eagles have announced they have signed undrafted free-agent WR Blue Cooper (Tennessee-Chattanooga), OG Zipp Duncan (Kentucky), QB Joey Elliot (Purdue), OT Austin Howard (Northern Iowa), WR Kevin Jurovich (San Jose State), CB Josh Morris (Weber State), CB David Pender (Purdue), WR Pat Simonds (Colgate) and FS Chris Zardas (Massachusetts). Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

Bo Marchionte, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports Colgate WR Pat Simonds worked out for the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers. Simonds is also scheduled to visit with the Arizona Cardinals.

Colgate University WR Pat Simonds had his Pro Day Tuesday, March 9. He completed 24 repetitions on the bench press, ran a 4.53 second 40-yard dash, had a 10.2 foot broad jump, a vertical jump of 36 inches, ran the shuttle in 4.21 seconds and completed the cone drill in 6.7 seconds.
