The Minnesota Twins have given no timetable on when they expect to call up top prospects like 3B Miguel Sano and OF Byron Buxton. "There's no sense in putting a time frame on a kid like that. I don't think it's healthy in any shape or form," Twins general manager Terry Ryan said.

Minnesota Twins 3B Miguel Sano (elbow) and 2B Eddie Rosario (leg) were both out of action for Single-A Fort Myers Wednesday, May 8. Sano was hit on the left elbow by a pitch earlier this week and Rosario is dealing with a leg injury. "With the morning game, it made sense to give them today off," said Brad Steil, the Twins director of minor leagues. "Sano will probably be in there tomorrow and Rosario in a couple of days." Sano is hitting .387 with 10 home runs and 31 RBIs in 30 games.
Fantasy Tip: Sano is the future at third base for the organization, but he's unlikely to make it up to the majors for another year or two. When he does, he should immediately become an option in all fantasy baseball formats.

Minnesota Twins 3B Miguel Sano is expected to begin the year with Single-A Fort Myers. Sano has impressed the team in just two spring appearances.
Fantasy Tip: It would be a surprise if Sano reaches the major leagues this year. He has impressive raw power and hitting skills, though, and is the future for the team at third base. Expect him to be more in the discussion for a roster spot next year.
