Tampa Bay Buccaneers FS Cody Grimm took a pay cut of $500,000 to keep his roster spot. He went from $1.2 million base salary to $700,000.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers OT Demar Dotson, S Cody Grimm, OG Ted Larsen and FB Erik Lorig will all receive increases in their base salaries in 2013 because of incentives in their contracts. Dotson will go from $1.5 million to $2 million, Grimm will go from $630,000 to $1.2 million, Larsen will go from $630,000 to $1.323 million and Lorig will go from $630,000 to $1 million.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers placed S Cody Grimm (hamstring) and OT Jeremy Trueblood (undisclosed) on the Injured Reserve Tuesday, Nov. 27. The team claimed WR David Gilreath off waivers from the Pittsburgh Pirates. Also, the team released OG Chris Scott from the practice squad and re-signed S Sean Baker.
