It isn't automatic that Vick will miss the Week 3 game against the New York Giants, although he will need to be medically cleared. Reid would not speculate on a potential replacement, but he noted QB Vince Young (hamstring) is getting close after being inactive in the first two games. QB Mike Kafka replaced Vick Sunday. Fantasy Tip: Stay tuned here for updates on Vick's Week 3 status, but prepare for the decent possibility of him missing action. Kafka moved the ball well on occasion in Week 2, but neither he nor Young would be a promising fantasy play for Week 3, even against a somewhat vulnerable New York Giants D.
