The New Orleans Saints have signed undrafted free-agent LB Samuel Maxwell (Kentucky) and WR Montez Billings (Auburn), reports Mike Triplett, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. Both participated in the team's minicamp on a tryout basis.
