The Buffalo Bills coaching staff informed LB Arthur Moats that he would play outside linebacker in Week 5, and he said he is more comfortable there than playing inside. "I like the versatility aspect (knowing both positions)," Moats said, "but mentally, it is a little tougher having to play both. Inside, it's more of a thinking game, where outside everything is more physical, it's happening faster." The team is tied for last in the NFL with five sacks. Moats has 2.5 sacks in four starts last season.
