Buffalo Bills LB Arthur Moats and SS George Wilson will receive increased 2013 base salaries because of incentives in their contracts. Moats' salary will go from $630,000 to $1.323 million while Wilson's salary will go from $2.45 million to $2.9 million.

Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey said LB Arthur Moats will continue to be used at defensive end because of injuries to some of the defensive ends on the roster. Moats is expected to be used as linebacker as well.

Buffalo Bills LB Arthur Moats has some experience playing defensive end in college, and he might need to lean on that experience in Week 13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars with the team dealing with a bevy of injuries. He practiced with the defensive line group Friday, Nov. 30, and is prepared if called upon. "It felt good, but it was just practice for an emergency (situation), so I'm prepared," Moats said.
