Arizona Cardinals QB Max Hall might be best used on the practice squad, reports Kent Somers, of The Arizona Republic. However, head coach Ken Whisenhunt has never been a proponent of keeping a QB on the practice squad, because it's hard to get that player enough work and there are more pressing needs at other positions.
