Doctor's never called Bayne's issues Lyme disease, rather referring to it as an inflammatory condition. "I'm feeling good," Bayne said. "Obviously, they treated me for Lyme the last time and everything went away. I feel fine. I've been working out pretty hard again. I know I don't look much buffer, but I've been working out." He is set to run the No. 21 Ford in a limited Sprint Cup schedule again this year.

Drivers Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Trevor Bayne could also see time in a fourth car.

"I think I finally just had to accept that nobody knows," Bayne said. "I still don't have an official diagnosis, but they treated everything they thought it could be and since then everything has gone away. To me, they hit something."
