Green Bay Packers TE Andrew Quarless (knee) had surgery Monday, Jan. 9, to repair his anterior cruciate ligament. Quarless also had damage to his medial collateral ligament, but that healed on its own. Quarless did not offer a timetable for his return.

Green Bay Packers TE Andrew Quarless (knee) is scheduled for reconstructive knee surgery next week, and he is not a certainty for the start of training camp next summer. "He probably wouldn't pass his physical at the start of training camp," head coach Mike McCarthy said Friday, Dec. 16. "That's what history would tell you."
