Miami Dolphins DL Jared Odrick said Tuesday, May 14, that he doesn't view the selection of DE Dion Jordan as a threat to his job. "None whatsoever," Odrick said. "I plan on being a solid, consistent contributor to this defense for many years to come."
Fantasy Tip: The team can play Odrick and Jordan together with Randy Starks, Olivier Vernon and Cameron Wake on some passing downs, and Jordan can also be used at linebacker too, while Odrick can also play defensive tackle and move inside on passing downs. The Dolphins defense will be a solid No. 1 fantasy option heading into the 2013 season.

Miami Dolphins DE Jared Odrick said he will lose 20 pounds this offseason if he stays at defensive end in order to gain quickness. Odrick could move to defensive tackle if the team is not able to re-sign impending free-agent DT Randy Starks.

Miami Dolphins DL Randy Starks is off to a solid start this season, one that may ultimately lead to a contract extension. Starks has gotten praise from his teammates as well. "He's playing at a real high level," fellow lineman Jared Odrick says. "Randy is a whole lot lighter this year. He's moving better. He's in a whole lot better shape this year, him and Paul Soliai, and I think it's really showing."
