Kansas City Chiefs SS Eric Berry (illness) is doing really well in his battle with Hodgkin lymphoma, according to his brother, Evan Berry. "He's doing really good," Evan Berry said. "I think he has three more treatments left. To be honest, I don't really see it affecting him. He's a very strong person, and he's continued to keep strong." Berry's disease is considered to be highly curable.

Kansas City Chiefs SS Eric Berry (ankle) is dealing with a high ankle sprain, according to a league source. Berry suffered the injury in Week 2 and sat out in Week 3. Head coach Andy Reid said Berry "most likely" will return to practice Thursday, Sept. 25. Reid doesn't think the injury is related to Berry's heel tendonitis that caused him to miss preseason games.

Kansas City Chiefs RB De'Anthony Thomas (hamstring) is doubtful for Week 1 against the Tennessee Titans. CB Marcus Cooper (ankle) and C Eric Kush (shoulder) are questionable, while S Eric Berry (heel), DE Mike DeVito (hand), LB Tamba Hali (knee), WR A.J. Jenkins (concussion), LB Josh Martin (quadriceps), RB Anthony Sherman (back), DT Vance Walker (hand), WR Albert Wilson (ankle) and LB Frank Zombo (groin) are probable. Thomas didn't practice Friday, Sept. 5. Cooper and Kush were limited, while the others all practiced in full.
