The Washington Redskins have decided to keep Sean McVay as their tight ends coach, reports NFL.com. "Sean has impressed me tremendously during his four games as our tight ends coach at the end of this past season," head coach Mike Shanahan said in a statement released by the team Wednesday, Feb. 16.
