Ravens | Jimmy Graham has Ravens' interest?

Fri, 09 Feb 2018 09:22:05 -0800

Seattle Seahawks impending free-agent TE Jimmy Graham could be pursued by the Baltimore Ravens in free agency, in the opinion of beat writer Jamison Hensley.

Fantasy Tip: Graham is a big red zone threat, but he had a career-low 9.1 yards per reception last season. He's probably out of the elite tier in fantasy, but he's a serviceable mid-tier TE1 no matter where he lands.

Seahawks | Mixed results for Jimmy Graham

Sat, 06 Jan 2018 20:05:37 -0800

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham led all tight ends with 10 touchdown receptions in 2017, but his 520 receiving yards were his fewest since his rookie season and his 9.1 yards per reception were the lowest of his career.

Fantasy Tip: Russell Wilson's tendency to look Graham's way in the red zone should keep him in the TE1 conversation in 2018, but expect some disappointing weeks when he doesn't score.

Seahawks | Jimmy Graham likely to enter free agency?

Mon, 01 Jan 2018 20:08:55 -0800

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham is being considered "really unlikely" to be back with the club next season, according to Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times, who added that the tight end is "undoubtedly excited" to be entering free agency for the first time in his career.

Fantasy Tip: After a dominant first handful of years in New Orleans, Graham somewhat fell short of those expectations during his tenure in Seattle thanks to inconsistent performance and usage, though he did rebound nicely this season with 10 touchdown receptions -- his most since his final season with the Saints. The 31-year-old should receive a nice payday and will be an upper echelon TE1 option in 2018.

Sun, 24 Dec 2017 20:49:36 -0800

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham caught his lone target for a three-yard touchdown in a 21-12 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 16.

Seahawks | Jimmy Graham fully practices Wednesday

Wed, 20 Dec 2017 19:13:52 -0800

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (knee) was a full participant in practice Wednesday, Dec. 20.

Fantasy Tip: Ever since his outburst throughout October and November, Graham has unfortunately taken a few steps back, having compiled just four catches for 25 yards in three games this month. He's more than due to get back on track, however, so make sure he's in the lineup despite his recent lack of production.

Seahawks | Jimmy Graham invisible again

Mon, 18 Dec 2017 08:10:03 -0800

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham had one catch for minus-1 yard Sunday, Dec. 17, against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Tip: That's two games in a row he has been a non-factor. The two games before that, he only salvaged three-catch efforts by scoring a touchdown. Graham will have a better matchup against the Dallas Cowboys next week, but he has become a really suspect TE1 play.

Seahawks | Jimmy Graham listed as limited

Wed, 13 Dec 2017 16:54:16 -0800

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (ankle) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Dec. 13.

Fantasy Tip: Graham was blanked last week in Jacksonville on just two targets, so he is a bit of a risky fantasy play heading into Week 15. If healthy, Graham has a so-so matchup against a Rams pass defense ranking 11th in the NFL. The severity of his injury will be known better on Friday when the official injury report comes out.

In other words, he's perfectly fine and will be a top-flight option at tight end this weekend. The former New Orleans Saint has been on quite a run as of late, having scored at least one touchdown in four straight ballgames.

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (ankle) missed practice for the second consecutive day Thursday, Nov. 30.

Fantasy Tip: Graham routinely sits out practices on a weekly basis, so this is just the norm for one of the league's most potent tight ends. Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham finished with seven catches for 58 yards on 11 targets and a touchdown in the team's Week 11 loss Monday, Nov. 20, versus the Atlanta Falcons.

Fantasy Tip: Graham's strong run as of late continued in this one, as he's now registered at least one touchdown in five of his last six ballgames, totaling seven touchdowns over that span. He's averaging a touch fewer than 40 yards per game this season but has made up for that with his amount of trips into the end zone. In fact, Monday's touchdown matched his total from all of last year. He's been one of the best TE1 options in football in 2017.
