Chiefs | Dexter McCluster injures hamstring

Thu, 23 May 2013 11:24:18 -0700

Kansas City Chiefs WR Dexter McCluster (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury during the organized team activities Thursday, May 23, and was not able to return. Head coach Andy Reid said he believes McCluster will be able to return to practice next week.

Fantasy Tip: The injury does not sound serious, but McCluster has time to let the injury heal if he is not able to return next week. McCluster likely will be used as a slot receiver this season. He could be a late-round option in point-per-reception leagues, but he likely would be a waiver wire pickup in most leagues.
