Houston Texans defensive coordinator Wade Phillips said Tuesday, March 20, that CB Kareem Jackson is the team's No. 2 cornerback heading into 2012. "I think Kareem's the starter," Phillips said, expecting Jackson to work opposite Pro Bowl CB Johnathan Joseph. "He started most of the games (last season). Jason Allen played a lot for us. Of course, Jason went to Cincinnati. So, Kareem had a good year."
