Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Monday, Dec. 5, that RB Jonathan Dwyer (foot) and DL Chris Hoke (neck) visited the doctor due to injuries. Hoke is dealing with the lingering effects of a stinger suffered earlier in the season.

The third-down running back duties will fall to either RB Isaac Redman or RB Jonathan Dwyer in Week 6 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Redman made the start last week in place the injured RB Rashard Mendenhall (hamstring), while Dwyer racked up 107 rushing yards off the bench.
