Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas posted 93 yards on six receptions in the AFC Divisional Round playoff loss Saturday, Jan. 14, against the New England Patriots. It was memorable postseason debut for Thomas, who had 10 catches for 297 yards and a touchdown in his first two playoff games.

Denver Broncos head coach John Fox said Sunday, Jan. 8, that WR Demaryius Thomas can get even better. "He's young. He's just gonna get better," Fox said. Thomas scored an 80-yard touchdown in overtime of the Wild Card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the longest postseason score in overtime in NFL history.

Denver Broncos QB Tim Tebow said Sunday, Jan. 8, that he jumped into the stands after he saw WR Demaryius Thomas score in overtime in the Wild Card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. "When I saw him scoring, I jumped in the stands. It was my first time doing that," Tebow said. "This is a special memory. This will be one that will always be special, especially because it was in front of our fans."

Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas said he was wide open for his last catch for 40 yards because the Minnesota Vikings were playing a Cover 2 defense and the safety went to cover WR Eric Decker instead of him. "They were playing cover 2," Thomas said. "One safety would cover Deck on top because he's been our big receiver. They kind of forgot about me." It appears the Vikings spent most of the gamme worrying about covering Decker which allowed Thomas to receive less attention and less coverage.
