Heather Dinich, of ESPN.com, reports former University of Virginia head coach Al Groh is no longer a candidate for the Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator position because he has accepted the defensive coordinator position at Georgia Tech, according to sources.

Tim Graham, of ESPN.com, reports Al Groh said he would be interested in becoming the Miami Dolphins' next defensive coordinator, although he has yet to be contacted by the team. Groh has worked with executive vice president of football operations Bill Parcells in the past. "I've done it five times," Groh said. "Some people would say that I'm nuts. Some people would say that I'm fortunate. So, having done it five times already, yeah, obviously, there's a track record there. I have a few things on the table right now that I'm interested in, and that might be one more to put on there."
