Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown racked up six receptions for 54 yards and a touchdown in the Week 13 game against the New York Giants. He was targeted seven times.

Fantasy Tip: Brown was outshined by his friend Antonio Brown, but his team also came away with the win and Brown visited the end zone. He will face a tough pass defense in Week 14 against the Buffalo Bills, but remains a must-start in all fantasy formats.

Fantasy Tip: Brown leads the league with 10 touchdown receptions and should be considered a WR1 in all fantasy formats. Bell has 266 rushing yards and has reached the end zone in each of his last three games, which also makes him worthy of being started in all leagues.

Steelers | Antonio Brown expected to have shadow

Fri, 02 Dec 2016 07:06:13 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown is expected to be shadowed by New York Giants CB Janoris Jenkins in Week 13.

Fantasy Tip: Jenkins is talented, but he's by no means a big threat to AB. Brown is one of the best options at receiver in fantasy on a weekly basis.

Wed, 30 Nov 2016 13:01:54 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 30.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown had five catches for 91 yards and three touchdowns in a 28-7 win over the Indianapolis Colts Thursday, Nov. 24.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown caught eight passes for 76 yards against the Cleveland Browns in Week 11.

Fantasy Tip: Brown has caught at least seven passes in five of his last six games and has at least 75 yards in those five games. He should be a No. 1 receiver in all leagues on a weekly basis.

Steelers | Antonio Brown could go off in Week 11

Wed, 16 Nov 2016 21:38:03 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown will meet the Cleveland Browns in Week 11. The Browns rank 27th in the NFL against the pass, giving up 275.4 yards per game through the air. Cleveland has given up 25 touchdowns through the air, most in the NFL, and 40 pass plays of 20 or more yards.

Fantasy Tip: Brown is an absolute stud regardless of opponent, but it would be a huge upset if he didn't go for triple-digit yardage and at least one visit to the end zone against Cleveland's leaky pass D.

Steelers | Ben Roethlisberger looks like himself

Sat, 05 Nov 2016 19:50:51 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger looked "really good" in practice and looked like himself, according to WR Antonio Brown.

Fantasy Tip: Roethlisberger is expected to be a game-time decision against the Ravens in Week 9, but if he suits up, he is worth starting as a low-end QB1.

Steelers | Antonio Brown kept in check by Ravens

Sat, 05 Nov 2016 09:06:56 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown has scored one touchdown in 13 career meetings (including playoffs) versus the Baltimore Ravens. Against all other teams, Brown has averaged one score every two games.

Fantasy Tip: The fly in Brown's ointment over most of that time has been Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith. In Smith's seven games versus Pittsburgh, Brown has one 100-yard game and no touchdowns. Brown is obviously a WR1 regardless of the matchup and Smith doesn't always shadow him, so the star wideout obviously needs to be started in all leagues. Owners just need to be aware his upside will be limited.

Steelers | Baltimore has contained Antonio Brown

Fri, 04 Nov 2016 19:38:13 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown faces the Baltimore Ravens in Week 9, and he is averaging five catches for 65.5 yards in 13 career meetings with the Baltimore Ravens and has just one total touchdown.

Fantasy Tip: His numbers against Baltimore are lackluster by Brown's lofty standards, but don't even think about benching him this weekend.

Fri, 04 Nov 2016 13:17:27 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (hip) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 4, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.

Fantasy Tip: Brown will continue to be the main target in the team's passing game and his value should be helped if Ben Roethlisberger is able to play. Brown should be a No. 1 receiver in all fantasy leagues.

Steelers | Antonio Brown practices in full

Thu, 03 Nov 2016 18:41:20 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (hip) was listed as a full participant in practice Thursday, Nov. 3, for the second consecutive day.

Fantasy Tip: Brown faces a tough matchup against a Baltimore pass defense ranked sixth in the NFL. However, Baltimore has given up 14 passing scores, and Brown remains an obvious must-start in all fantasy formats as long as he is healthy.

Steelers | Antonio Brown full go

Wed, 02 Nov 2016 14:00:05 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (hip) participated fully in practice Wednesday, Nov. 2.

Fantasy Tip: Brown is a WR1 whether or not Ben Roethlisberger starts, but his fantasy value obviously goes up if Big Ben is active. Brown's health shouldn't be an issue, so start him as you normally would.

Sun, 30 Oct 2016 08:22:20 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (hip) suffered a hip pointer during the team's Week 7 game but expects to be ready to play in Week 9.

Steelers | Antonio Brown leaves briefly

Sun, 23 Oct 2016 15:47:54 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (thigh) left the Week 7 game against the New England Patriots briefly in the second half due to an injury to his hip or thigh area. He went to the locker room, was checked out, and re-entered the game to begin the fourth quarter.

Fantasy Tip: Brown is apparently fine, and he is on the verge of a 100-yard day despite the fact Ben Roethlisberger is in street clothes and backup Landry Jones is under center.

Steelers | Antonio Brown held in check

Sun, 16 Oct 2016 20:21:58 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown posted four receptions for 39 yards in the Week 6 game against the Miami Dolphins. He was targeted eight times.

Fantasy Tip: With the Steelers behind for a majority of the game, it's surprising Brown didn't have more stats even in garbage time. Credit the Dolphins with holding him down. AB will look to bounce back in Week 7 against the visiting New England Patriots, although his fantasy production might take a hit with Landry Jones likely to start at least a game or two with Ben Roethlisberger set to have surgery for a torn meniscus.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown caught nine passes for 78 yards and one touchdown against the New York Jets in Week 5.

Fantasy Tip: Brown has five touchdowns in the first five games of the season and is one of the best receivers in the NFL. He should be a starting candidate for owners no matter the opponent.

Sun, 02 Oct 2016 22:59:58 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown posted four receptions for 64 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the Week 4 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Tip: Brown was targeted a season-low- five times, but he still made the most of it by finding the end zone twice. He is a Top 5 fantasy option at any position heading into Week 5 against the New York Jets.

Steelers | Antonio Brown disappoints in victory

Sun, 18 Sep 2016 22:27:26 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown hauled in four receptions for just 39 yards in the Week 2 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. He was targeted 11 times.

Fantasy Tip: Brown's production was obviously a far cry from his opening week performance, and not very becoming of a first-round fantasy pick. He should rebound nicely in Week 3 in the Keystone State rivalry against the Eagles.

Steelers | Antonio Brown fined

Sat, 17 Sep 2016 06:37:38 -0700

Steelers | Another big line for Antonio Brown?

Wed, 14 Sep 2016 22:54:00 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown will play the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 2, and generally that's good news for the receiver. He has been targeted 48 times in his past four games against the Bengals, posting 29 receptions for 379 yards with two touchdowns. He has at least five catches in eight straight outings against Cincinnati.

Fantasy Tip: Brown showed why he is the No. 1 overall fantasy option in most leagues with a giant stat line in Week 1, and he shouldn't take much of a step back in Week 2.

Steelers | Antonio Brown posts 126 yards, 2 TDs

Mon, 12 Sep 2016 19:55:50 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown hauled in eight receptions for a game-high 126 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 1 game against the Washington Redskins.

Fantasy Tip: Brown looked sensational and showed why he was a consensus top pick in fantasy football this season. He should have another strong effort in Week 2 at home against the Cincinnati Bengals. Over his past eight games against the Bengals he has 52 receptions for 695 yards and four scores.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown caught all four of his targets for 87 yards and a touchdown against the New Orleans Saints Friday, Aug. 26.

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger, RB Le'Veon Bell, RB DeAngelo Williams and WR Antonio Brown won't play in the second preseason game Thursday, Aug. 18.

Fantasy Tip: Bell, Brown and Big Ben are all amidst the first pack in fantasy at their respective positions. D-Will is an RB3 as he'll take a backseat when Bell returns from his suspension.

Steelers | Pittsburgh to sit several players

Wed, 10 Aug 2016 11:15:00 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger, RB Le'Veon Bell, RB DeAngelo Williams, WR Antonio Brown and C Maurkice Pouncey will not play in the preseason game against the Detroit Lions Friday, Aug. 12.

Fantasy Tip: All of the players will be rested and should play in the next few preseason games. Brown likely will be one of the first players selected in drafts, while Bell probably will be a No. 1 running back once he returns from his suspension. Roethlisberger should also be a No. 1 quarterback in most fantasy leagues. Williams will have increased value over the first month of the season with Bell out but should also be a flex option when Bell returns.

Lions | Darius Slay burned in joint practice

Wed, 10 Aug 2016 10:23:30 -0700

Detroit Lions CB Darius Slay was "dominated" by Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown in a joint practice session Tuesday, Aug. 9. Slay was surprised to see Brown run three consecutive deep routes against him and said he needs to do a better job against the deep ball.

Fantasy Tip: There isn't much to make of this from a fantasy perspective, but Slay is a rising star at the position and was given a reality check by arguably the game's best player. It only reaffirms the No. 1 overall value of AB in fantasy drafts.

Steelers | No Antonio Brown talks this summer

Thu, 04 Aug 2016 14:57:50 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown will not be negotiated with for a long-term contract this offseason. General manager Kevin Colbert said the Steelers are sticking to their philosophy of not negotiating with a player who has more than one year left on their contract.

Fantasy Tip: Brown will end up a Steeler for a long time, it just won't be this offseason. As long as he's healthy he should put up ridiculous numbers once again in 2016. He's the consensus choice as the first pick in PPR drafts, and really is deserving of the top choice in standard formats, too.

Steelers | Antonio Brown won't hold out

Wed, 27 Jul 2016 06:19:59 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown will report to training camp Thursday, July 28, despite displeasure with this contract. Brown is hopeful his contract situation will be addressed before the start of the season. He has $6.25 million and $8.71 million salaries the next two seasons.

Fantasy Tip: Brown's 2015 was absurd with 136 catches for 1,834 yards and 10 scores. He's arguably the top player in all of fantasy and should be one of the first picks in PPR formats.

Dolphins | Jarvis Landry working on footwork

Fri, 10 Jun 2016 18:12:35 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Jarvis Landry has been working out with Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown and New York Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr. in order to develop the footwork and feel to play outside receiver.

Fantasy Tip: Playing on the outside more often could lead to some big plays for Landry, but he should be a solid WR2 even if he remains in the slot and a borderline WR1 in PPR leagues.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown beat CB Artie Burns for a pair of touchdowns in the first day of OTAs Thursday, May 26, and WR Darrius Heyward-Bey said he believes a 2,000-yard season is possible for Brown.

Fantasy Tip: Brown is a first-round option in any format, and he should be in the mix for the No. 1 overall pick in PPR leagues.

Steelers | Antonio Brown's dancing can help

Wed, 18 May 2016 16:40:45 -0700

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown believes his experience on Dancing With the Stars can give him an advantage on the football field. "[Dance training] can definitely help me with football, change of direction, fluidity, constantly being ready for the next move," Brown said. "Dancing is all about the next move, being prepared for the next move in the midst of any move. It will definitely help with ankle strength, pushing off, change of direction."

Brown also said that he wants to be a Steeler for his entire career, saying it would be an honor to receive a contract extension at some point. "I always want to be a Steeler for life. We will let those things take its course," said Brown, who has 3,532 yards and 23 touchdowns since 2014. "I'm excited to get back on the field. ... My focus right now is to show up and become the best player."

Fantasy Tip: As if Brown needed any more help on the field. He was already dominating opposing defenses and is widely considered to be the top real-life receiver and fantasy receiver. He's easily worth a first-round pick, especially in PPR leagues.

Steelers | Antonio Brown could return next week

Fri, 15 Jan 2016 09:23:44 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (concussion) said he plans to play in the AFC Championship game if the Steelers advance past the Denver Broncos in the divisional round this weekend.

Fantasy Tip: Brown would still have to pass the concussion protocol next week in order to play in the AFC title game. In his absence this weekend against Denver, Martavis Bryant ($6,800, 13.6% of cap) and Markus Wheaton ($5,600, 11.2% of cap) will have to step up against the top-rated pass defense. With an injured Ben Roethlisberger, it's understandable to be scared off at FantasyScore.

Steelers | Antonio Brown not cleared, sits again

Thu, 14 Jan 2016 13:26:55 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (concussion) has still not been cleared to practice and remained sidelined Thursday, Jan. 14.

Fantasy Tip: It's a wait-and-see game with Brown ($9,000, 18.0% of cap). He has sounded optimistic, but there are now just two days left for him to be cleared and to practice. If he is unable to play, Martavis Bryant ($6,800, 13.6%) and Markus Wheaton ($5,600, 11.2%) would ideally see more targets, but they face a really tough test in the Denver Broncos.

Steelers | Mike Tomlin talks Antonio Brown

Thu, 14 Jan 2016 13:19:36 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (concussion) is still in the NFL's concussion protocol despite saying he's good to go for this weekend's playoff game against the Denver Broncos. Head coach Mike Tomlin won't take any risks with Brown in the protocol, though. "We respect the protocol," Tomlin said. "We are going to adhere to it and follow it to the letter. He is going to participate fully in it. We will see where it leads us. Obviously, we are hopeful, but we are always hopeful. We are going to do what is right when it's said and done."

Fantasy Tip: Brown ($9,000, 18.0% of cap) may be itching to play this weekend, but he's a little too ambitious right now. All he can do is wait until he is cleared to practice. Keep checking back for updates on his status.

Steelers | Antonio Brown remains hopeful

Wed, 13 Jan 2016 20:37:16 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (concussion) has reportedly told at least one teammate that he has felt concussion symptoms, but he is hopeful they'll subside in time to pass concussion protocol for the AFC Divisional Round playoff game against the Denver Broncos.

Fantasy Tip: At least Brown ($9,000, 18.0% of cap) and his teammates aren't scheduled to play until Sunday, so he does get an extra day to get better. It will be touch and go all the way until then, and FantasyScore players are probably best off going another way. Martavis Bryant ($6,800, 13.6% of cap) and Markus Wheaton ($5,600, 11.2% of cap) would see an uptick in targets if Brown cannot go.

Wed, 13 Jan 2016 13:13:09 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (concussion) did not practice Wednesday, Jan. 13. He is still in the concussion protocol.

Fantasy Tip: There's not much Brown ($9,000, 18.0% of cap) and the Steelers can do except wait until he is cleared. Once he is cleared he'll be able to practice and then possibly play. The next couple of days will really shed light on Brown's availability for this weekend, so stay tuned.

Steelers | Antonio Brown heavily involved in '15

Tue, 12 Jan 2016 15:50:37 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown played 95.6% of the Steelers' snaps this season. Only Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins (96.8%) played a higher percentage of his team's snaps.

Fantasy Tip: Brown ($9,000, 18.0% of cap) was arguably the most prolific wide receiver this season in fantasy football and in real life. His high percentage of snaps played shows how well he maintained his health, but his status for this week's game against the Denver Broncos remains a question mark as he deals with a concussion. If Brown is unable to play, then Martavis Bryant ($6,800, 13.6%) and Markus Wheaton ($5,600, 11.2%) should see plenty of targets, although the Broncos have been the stingiest fantasy defense against wide receivers.

Steelers | Antonio Brown owned Denver last time

Tue, 12 Jan 2016 09:24:49 -0800

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown had 16 catches for 189 yards and two touchdowns in Week 15 against the Denver Broncos. "That game we weren't as physical as we know we could be," Broncos S Darian Stewart said. "We just didn't tackle as well. We have to be great tacklers again."

Fantasy Tip: This divisional round matchup will be different. It'll be in Denver this time, and the Broncos are likely to double cover Brown to slow him down. Also, Brown may not even play in the game after suffering a concussion in the wild-card contest. Keep tabs on Brown's status throughout the week, but as things look now, plan on avoiding him.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (concussion) does not appear to have a good chance to play in the divisional round playoff game against the Denver Broncos Sunday, Jan. 17, according to a source.

Fantasy Tip: Owners will need to watch Brown's practice participation during the week to see if he has any chance to play against the Broncos. Owners should have other options ready in case Brown sits out. Martavis Bryant and Markus Wheaton would start if Brown sits out and would be risky options against a tough Broncos defense.
