Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown said the team's locker room was fractured this past season. Brown felt players were more concerned about individual goals than team success. "It was definitely different - guys weren't really together," Brown said. SS Troy Polamalu was among the veterans who spoke out and tried to explain to the team that selfish behavior wouldn't be tolerated. "That's when you know you've got issues and you've got to come together as a team. Because the reality of a team game is everyone on the same page, committed to the same thing, dedicated for one goal, and that's winning," Brown said.

I want to make sure guys understand the importance of being here, the tradition and what is required from our peers, coaches and everybody inside this building," Brown said. "You have to know the history of something if you are a part of it. You have to know where it started, where it came from and what it's about. You know where you are with it now and where you want to go. I can help teach guys about that and take that type of approach."
