New York Giants RB David Wilson becomes the first player in franchise history born in the 1990s. CB Prince Amukamara, DL Marvin Austin, WR Jerrel Jernigan and DL Jason Pierre-Paul were all born in 1989. The Giants have won just two Super Bowls in Wilson's lifetime.

New York Giants DL Jason Pierre-Paul has decided against entering the world of professional wrestling. Pierre-Paul will not be appearing on TNA Wrestling. TNA and Spike TV officials thought a deal was finalized for Pierre-Paul to have an in-ring confrontation with Kurt Angle at a TNA television taping in Orlando. Pierre-Paul, however, declined because he is exhausted.

New York Giants DL Jason Pierre-Paul said he does not have issues with his contract. He is on the third year of his five-year, $20.05 million rookie contract. "I don't too much focus on that," Pierre-Paul said. "If it was up to me, I'll play my whole contract out. I just go out there and play football and I'm OK with it. I got drafted last year, first round, 15th pick and I'm happy. I'll support my family, buy my family a house and then buy me a house and everything (will be) financially stable and all I've got to worry about now is football, just to play great football."

New York Giants DL Jason Pierre-Paul said the team should do whatever it takes to keep the current nucleus of their defensive line intact, including giving DL Osi Umenyiora what he wants financially. "I think it's very important," Pierre-Paul said. "Give him what he wants, man." Umenyiora has dealt with contract issues with the Giants and has one year at $3.975 million remaining on his pact.

"Yeah, he was. Yeah, he was reacting to pressure that didn't exist and he was just throwing the ball places that there wasn't a receiver there. So imagine us just getting there even faster and we're actually doing out jobs and getting there and getting hits on him," Pierre-Paul said.
