Cleveland Browns CB Joe Haden said he believes the team will make a big improvement next season and have a strong season. "I'm not going to make any guarantees," he said with a chuckle. "I'm not going to be that guy. I won't go there. ... But I will say this: I expect us to be much better in 2012. I expect us to have a strong year, and I know my teammates do, as well."

Cleveland Browns CB Joe Haden said he expects to be covering Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green for most of the time in Week 12. Haden broke up five passes in his first meeting against Green this season but did allow Green to catch a 41-yard touchdown pass.

Cleveland Browns CB Joe Haden allowed three catches to St. Louis Rams Brandon Lloyd in Week 10, including a touchdown, in the first half. However, he allowed just one grab for 10 yards in the final 30 minutes. "I do believe early in the game, Joe wasn't challenging like he normally does," defensive coordinator Dick Jauron said Thursday, Nov. 17. "Early they had a couple of catches on him. Joe can force the issue. He's good enough to force the issue all the time. We have to remind him at times. Over the course of the game, he did a nice job." Haden ended up with three passes broken up, and he is third in the NFL with 13.
