Ps Erik Cordier, Lee Hyde and Jose Ortegano were optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett.

The Atlanta Braves signed 1B Freddie Freeman, P Jonny Venters, P Kris Medlen, IF Brooks Conrad, P Jairo Asencio, P Juan Abreu, P Brandon Beachy, P Erik Cordier, P Randall Delgado, P Cory Gearrin, P Craig Kimbrel, P Stephen Marek, P Anthony Varvaro, P Lee Hyde, P Mike Minor, P Jose Ortegano, SS Brandon Hicks, OF Joe Mather, OF Jordan Schafer and OF Matt Young to one-year deals Tuesday, Feb. 22, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's David O'Brien. Freeman will receive $414,000.

David O'Brien, of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports the Atlanta Braves agreed to terms on one-year deals with SP Jair Jurrjens, SP Kris Medlen, P Luis Valdez, P Mike Dunn, P Lee Hyde, P Eric O'Flaherty, P Jose Ortegano, IF Brooks Conrad, SS Diory Hernandez, 2B Martin Prado and OF Jordan Schafer. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
