"We're going to use everybody," he said, mentioning Cishek, Chad Qualls and Mike Dunn by name. Qualls was warming up Monday when Miami was holding a 2-1 lead in the eighth inning but was used in the ninth inning in a non-save situation. Left-handed bats are hitting .333 versus Cishek, while right-handed hitters are hitting just .111. Fantasy Tip: A.J. Ramos might be included in this group as well. Still, this is looking like a messy situation for fantasy purposes. If Cishek improves on his weakness, he'd probably be given a shot to get the job back all to himself, but Redmond won't look to do that in the near future without a clear turnaround from Cishek. Don't drop him, though, as he's probably still the lead option.
Dunn, who likely was unavailable Monday after pitching on two straight days, is your best bet for speculation because he's the chief late-innings lefty and has so far been OK versus right-handed bats. Qualls and Ramos could sneak in deep-league value, as well, but they may cancel each other out often.
