The St. Louis Cardinals fired bullpen coach Marty Mason Monday, Oct. 18, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Joe Strauss.

Matthew Leach, of MLB.com, reports St. Louis Cardinals bench coach Joe Pettini, infield/third base coach Jose Oquendo, outfield/first base coach Dave McKay, bullpen coach Marty Mason and assistant hitting instructor Mike Aldrete will all be returning to the staff in 2010.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Derrick Goold reports St. Louis Cardinals pitching coach Dave Duncan wasn't at the game Tuesday, Aug. 25, due to a personal matter and may miss more time. Bullpen coach Marty Mason is serving as the pitching coach.
