Chicago Cubs RP Blake Parker (elbow) was put on the 60-day disabled list with a right elbow stress reaction. He can't pick up a baseball for 30 days and will treat it like a stress fracture.

Updating a previous report, the Chicago Cubs have recalled RP Blake Parker from Triple-A Iowa. In a corresponding move, the team optioned P Scott Maine to Triple-A Iowa.
