Marc Topkin, of the St. Petersburg Times, reports Tampa Bay Rays C Nevin Ashley, IF, Cody Cipriano, IF Shawn O'Malley, P Matt Gorgen, P Paul W. Phillips and P Heath Rollins will all play for the Phoenix Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League this season.
