Chicago Cubs SS Starlin Castro has decided to move his family from the Dominican Republic to Arizona this offseason after being in near gunfire on two separate occasions. The Cubs are happy with the way Castro has responded to the latest off-field incidents he's been involved with. "Starlin has responded to this adversity really well," executive Theo Epstein said. "He's taken a mature approach and figured out he needed to make changes. He needed to change his environment."
