Chicago Cubs SS Starlin Castro (groin) said he is 100% healthy and has no problems with his groin Wednesday, March 25.
Fantasy Tip: Castro ($5,000, 10.0% of cap) has 28 plate appearances this spring and is coming off a solid bounce back season. Castro is a viable mid-round shortstop target, however he doesn't excel in any category and his power-speed combo isn't enticing, either. Castro has 13 swipes over the past two seasons and has never topped 15 home runs in a season. Still, at 25, he is just entering his prime and already has 3186 plate appearances and 846 hits in his career. There could be another level of production in an improved lineup.

Castro recently moved his family from the Dominican Republic to Arizona, which allowed him to get an early start on spring training, and he feels much safer and more comfortable.
