Miller, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. According to an official close to the investigation, Jennings will not be charged with a crime because the doorman has not signed the complaint. Details of the agreement have not been disclosed.

Jennings ran into trouble with a doorman at a dance club, The Velvet Dog, according to a Cleveland police officer familiar with the incident. Although Jennings has not been charged with a crime, he was being held in a Cleveland jail on suspicion of assault.
