Cleveland Indians general manager Chris Antonetti announced that RP Jairo Asencio, INF Jose Lopez and OF Aaron Cunningham have made the 25-man roster. Asencio and Cunningham had been on the 40-man roster but were out of options. Antonetti also announced that OF Ryan Spilborghs and RP Jeremy Accardo did not make the team.

Atlanta Braves SP Tommy Hanson's (shoulder) MRI exam showed inflammation but no structural damage. However, he will still be placed on the disabled list. In corresponding moves, the team optioned SS Brandon Hicks to Triple-A Gwinnett and recalled RP Jairo Asencio.

Fantasy Tip: Already slated to sit out Friday's game, Hanson will miss at least one more start, with the placement being retroactive to June 13. Prospect Randall Delgado will replace him at least for tonight, but his matchup with the Texas Rangers limits his appeal to desperate NL-only owners. If it turns into a long absence, Mike Minor could stick in the rotation after Brandon Beachy (oblique) returns, or Julio Teheran could take Hanson's spot.
