Adam McCalvy, of MLB.com, reports the Milwaukee Brewers signed 16-year old Dominican OF Jose Pena and 17-year old Dominican P Jean Capellan Thursday, July 2. Pena's deal is reportedly worth $400,000. It is believed that Capellan received a five-figure bonus.
