NASCAR.com reports Kirk Shelmerdine Racing driver Tom Hubert, Front Row Motorsports driver Chris Cook and Tommy Baldwin Racing driver Brian Simo all failed to qualify for the Sprint Cup race at Infineon Raceway Friday, June 19.
