The Philadelphia Inquirer's Jorge Castillo reports the Philadelphia Phillies selected OF Kyrell Hudson out of Evergreen High School in Vancouver, Wash., in the third round of the First-Year Player Draft. The center fielder is an athletic speedster, the Phillies said. He also brings a solid arm, having reached 90 mph on the mound. However, he is viewed as a project with raw ability at the plate.
