The Philadelphia Inquirer's Jorge Castillo reports the Philadelphia Phillies selected OF Kelly Dugan out of Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, Calif., in the second round of the First-Year Player Draft. The 6-foot-3, 205-pounder is projected by the Phillies to be a center fielder. He hit .379 with eight home runs and 35 RBIs in his senior season.
