Rounding out the list are Jurickson Profar (Rangers), Francisco Lindor (Indians), Billy Hamilton (Reds), Hak-Ju Lee (Rays), Nicholas Franklin (Mariners), Jean Segura (Angels), Javier Baez (Cubs), Andrelton Simmons (Braves) and Xander Bogaerts (Red Sox).

The Seattle Mariners are sending seven players to the Arizona Fall League next month. The seven heading to the Peoria Javelinas are P's Brian Moran, Forrest Snow, Steven Hensley, and Danny Hultzen; C Adam Moore; SS Nicholas Franklin; and OF Chih-Hsien Chiang.

Seattle Mariners SS Nicholas Franklin broke a franchise record in 2010 with 23 home runs in 129 games for Class A Clinton, reports Greg Johns, of MLB.com. In the past decade, the only other teenagers to hit that many home runs in a Midwest League season are Milwaukee Brewers 1B Prince Fielder and former major leaguer Wily Mo Pena.

Updating previous reports, the Seattle Mariners have agreed to terms with SS/OF Nicholas Franklin, the second of the team's two first-round draft picks, according to The Associated Press. He is still finalizing his contract, although the basic terms have been agreed upon.

The Tacoma News Tribune's Larry LaRue reports that Seattle Mariners first-round draft pick SS/OF Nicholas Franklin will take a physical Saturday, Aug. 15, a sign that the team is apparently close to signing him.
