Mon, 03 Dec 2012 13:45:05 -0800 Seattle Mariners general manager Jack Zduriencik said he'd prefer not to deal any of the team's top prospects, but he isn't against making a move in the right scenario this winter. "No one is an untouchable," Zduriencik said on. "There's a few. ... Felix (Hernandez) would be a guy you don't want to trade. We've talked about that. Wed, 28 Nov 2012 23:19:48 -0800 Although the Seattle Mariners are looking for another starting pitcher, general manager Jack Zduriencik has no plans to move RP Charlie Furbush back to the rotation. Fri, 14 May 2010 08:15:14 -0700 The Seattle Mariners are not looking for help outside the organization to solve their problems, according to ESPN's Jayson Stark. "We're not in any kind of panic mode," the general manager Jack Zduriencik said. "We've underperformed, and we need to get people to start performing. I'm always going to keep my ears open. I'm always going to be making phone calls. But we're a year and a half into this process of restocking this organization, and we're not giving up the farm. We're not going to do anything we don't think is in our best long-term interests. Yeah, we want to win right now. But we're never going to walk away from the big picture."
