Mike Preston, of the Baltimore Sun, reports Baltimore Ravens CB K.J. Gerard has been impressing the team during offseason work, according to general manager Ozzie Newsome. Newsome said, "He has very good instincts, and has been like a magnet to the ball." Newsome added, "I can't tell you why he didn't go in the draft just like I couldn't tell you why [New York Jets LB] Bart Scott didn't go in the draft. All I know is that the kid has potential, and he definitely has a shot of making the team."
