The Arizona Cardinals announced they have signed undrafted rookie free agents WR Justin Brown (Hampton), LB Chase Bullock (Maryland), C Tony Davis (Penn State), CB Jameel Dowling (Hawaii), OL Khalil El-Amin (Cincinnati), CB Michael Ray Garvin (Florida State), WR Shane Morales (Oregon State), OT Brandon Pearce (Memphis) and LB Reginald Walker (Kansas State). Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
