Buffalo Bills.com reports the team has signed DB Jason Bostic, C Tom Schau, C Michael Early, and DT DeVonte Peterson. Bostic was released by the Eagles prior to the start of the 2001 season. Peterson was in the Bills 2001 training camp and was released prior to the start of the regular season. Early played for the Bills in 2000. Schau was released by Green Bay prior to the 2001 season.

The Trenton Times reports Philadlephia Eagles DE Ndukwe Kalu now has a removable cast on his ankle. Coach Andy Reid is hoping to have him back for Sunday's season opener, but that's not likely. Starting OLB Ike Reese had to miss practice due to swollen eye and a concussion, but he's expected back tomorrow. CB Al Harris sat out yesterday's practice with back spasms. DB Jason Bostic (knee) and WR Gari Scott (shoulder) both returned to practice yesterday for the first time in over a week. Hank Fraley is now expected to be the starter at center for the injured Bubba Miller (on IR) with Jim Pyne backing him up.
