Cleveland Browns WR Jordan Norwood will likely see his first action of the season in Week 4 against the Baltimore Ravens Thursday, Sept. 27, with WR Mohamed Massaquoi (hamstring) out. In four starts last year, Norwood had 23 catches for 268 yards and a touchdown.
