The Miami Dolphins promoted WR Julius Pruitt from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Nov. 5. He might be active in Week 9 against the Kansas City Chiefs. "This is what I've been waiting for," Pruitt said. "I've just bee trying to get better each week and just wait for my name to be called."

Miami Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano singled out WRs Brian Hartline and Marlon Moore as speedy receivers already on the team's roster, reports Ben Volin, of the Palm Beach Post. "Brian (Hartline) can run," Sparano said. "I don't know that people would classify Brian as a speed guy, but I do. (Moore) might be the fastest guy that we have." WR Julius Pruitt, mostly a practice squad guy in 2010, also has elite speed.
