We do have P Thomas Morstead that can do that as well, but I think more than anything it's just improving the coverage aspect of it," Payton added.

X-rays and an MRI on Morstead's shoulder came back negative. The team will monitor the injury this week to determine if he will play in the team's next preseason game.

Updating previous reports, New Orleans Saints P Thomas Morstead (shoulder) had an X-ray Thursday, Aug. 12, reports The Associated Press. Results were negative, but he is going to undergo an MRI Friday, Aug. 13. He had his arm in a sling following the game.
