Carolina Panthers head coach Ron Rivera said the team will stick with PK Graham Gano despite the fact that he missed an extra point in the team's Week 12 loss. "It was more mechanical than anything else," Rivera said. "He over-strided. His plant leg was ahead of the ball which caused him to come down on the ball and he actually caught the ground first and just pushed it to the right. It's one of those things. You're a little bit anxious and you want to get the ball up and he took a big step."

Fantasy Tip: Gostkowski has converted seven straight field goals, and 17-of-20 on the season, so it is unlikely he is in danger of losing his job to one of these retreads. He remains a reliable fantasy kicker going forward.

Is he going to keep on getting better or is he not going to take advantage of opportunities? I don't know," Shanahan said.
