Green Bay Packers LB Robert Francois (Achilles') should be close to or at full strength when offseason workouts begin. Francois' agent said he likely will talk to the team during the NFL Scouting Combine to see if they are interested in re-signing Francois.

Green Bay Packers restricted free-agent LB Robert Francois' representatives understand that Francois may not receive a tender offer this offseason but know that he wants to re-sign with the Packers even if he is not offered a tender. The team likely will try to sign him to a salary less than the $1.323 million that would come with the tender offer.
