The Cincinnati Bengals announced they have signed undrafted rookie free agents TE Darius Hill (Ball State), DT Pernell Phillips (Central State) and LS James Smith (Florida). Terms of the deals were not disclosed. All three players participated in the team's rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.
