Fantasy Tip: This signing shouldn't have much to do with the fact that both Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks are absent from organized team activities this week. Barden will have to compete for the No. 4 receiver role with Louis Murphy and Jerrel Jernigan, though, so his chances to make significant contributions in the passing game may rely on injuries. For now, consider him a possible waiver wire target later in the year.
