Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said he hopes QB Graham Harrell can be the primary backup quarterback next season. "I'm hopeful he can," McCarthy said. "I think he's got instincts and toughness. I want to take him to the quarterback school. I like his makeup." McCarthy also indicated the team could look to take a quarterback in the 2012 NFL Draft.
