New York Giants RB David Wilson (neck) will undergo tests after suffering a "burner" in practice Tuesday, July 29. The team "will be careful" with Wilson.
Fantasy Tip: The Giants and Tom Coughlin are praying that this burner doesn't equate to a significant setback for Wilson. If it's significant, Wilson's season may be over before it began. Obviously, he's a big risk if you're drafting in the coming days. Rashad Jennings' value will go up even more if Wilson's injury proves costly.
Thu, 24 Jul 2014 10:26:03 -0700
New York Giants RB Rashad Jennings is listed as the team's starting running back on the first unofficial depth chart of training camp.
Wed, 23 Jul 2014 05:18:00 -0700
New York Giants RBs Rashad Jennings, David Wilson and Andre Williams could be used in a three-man rotation this season to keep Jennings fresh.
Fantasy Tip: Jennings will be the lead back with Wilson in to change the pace. Williams could be the goal line back. Jennings is a decent RB3 with Wilson an RB4. Williams could be a decent flier as an RB5 with upside in TD-only leagues.
Mon, 21 Jul 2014 08:00:40 -0700
New York Giants RB Rashad Jennings is still considered the lead running back, despite RB David Wilson's (neck) clearance for contact.
Fantasy Tip: Jennings is a mid-rate RB2 with a higher potential of output in PPR leagues. Wilson is a RB4.
Mon, 21 Jul 2014 07:29:48 -0700
New York Giants RB David Wilson (neck) said that he has been cleared for everything.
Fantasy Tip: Wilson's stock should start to rise as he mends. However, Rashad Jennings is still the lead back. Wilson is a RB4 with some upside.
Mon, 07 Jul 2014 18:46:26 -0700
New York Giants RB Andre Williams could unseat RB Peyton Hillis as the power back by the start of the year and become a part of a three-man rotation with RB Rashad Jennings and RB David Wilson, according to Giants.com writers John Schmeelk and Dan Salomone.
Fantasy Tip: Jennings is the favorite to be the featured back, but with Wilson's injury history, there is a chance Williams could carve out a worthwhile role in the offense. He probably isn't worth drafting at this point, but he is worth keeping an eye on to see how his role develops.
Tue, 01 Jul 2014 10:06:19 -0700
New York Giants RB Rashad Jennings is likely to be the workhorse back and will probably get the most carries if everyone stays healthy, in the opinion of Dan Graziano of ESPN New York. The team also likes Jennings as a receiver out of the backfield.
Fantasy Tip: Jennings probably should be considered a mid-rate RB2 with an uptick in PPR leagues.
Wed, 04 Jun 2014 08:09:50 -0700
New York Giants RB David Wilson (neck) met with doctors Wednesday, June 4, and will do so again in July. He expects to be cleared for full contact in camp.
Fantasy Tip: Wilson will compete not only with his own health but also Rashad Jennings and rookie Andre Williams in this new offense. Wilson is still a notable late-rounds selection in most fantasy drafts.
Fri, 23 May 2014 10:16:41 -0700
New York Giants RB Andre Williams said he is unsure if the Giants will use a three-headed monster at running back with him, RB Rashad Jennings and RB David Wilson. "I can't really say they're going to build that three-headed monster," said Williams. "I'm not really too sure yet. I'm just getting here and learning as much as I can. I think each running back brings a lot of different specialties, and I'm just excited to see what we'll be able to do once we're out on the field."
Tue, 11 Mar 2014 14:19:50 -0700
The New York Giants will be signing unrestricted free-agent RB Rashad Jennings (Raiders) to an undisclosed deal.
Fantasy Tip: Jennings should be in the mix for meaningful touches and could have borderline starting value for fantasy owners, depending on his role. Andre Brown has yet to re-sign, and bringing in Jennings, along with the re-signing of Peyton Hillis, could spell the end of Brown's time in New York.

Fri, 20 Dec 2013 14:12:04 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (knee, ankle) practiced in full Friday, Dec. 20, and is probable for Week 16.
Fantasy Tip: In what may surprise many, McFadden will play against the San Diego Chargers. However, he'll be limited to a backup role to Rashad Jennings. Jennings' owners probably won't be happy. He's still playable, but more so as a flex than in a starting RB spot. McFadden is a risky play, regardless.
Wed, 18 Dec 2013 16:04:48 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (knee, ankle) was limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 18.
Fantasy Tip: There's a chance that DMC returns against the San Diego Chargers, but don't hold your breath. More importantly, don't put all your chips on McFadden in your championship game. Rashad Jennings has earned more carries even if McFadden returns to the lineup.

Wed, 11 Dec 2013 15:27:23 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (concussion) practiced in full Wednesday, Dec. 11.
Fantasy Tip: This is great news for Jennings' chances of playing in Week 15 against the Kansas City Chiefs. His performance and health has been superior to that of Darren McFadden for the past month, so expect him to receive the majority of work this weekend, even if DMC plays. Jennings will be a midrange RB2 if he passes the remaining concussion tests later this week.

Sun, 08 Dec 2013 07:33:13 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (concussion) is not expected to play in the team's Week 14 game. The Raiders will shift FB Marcel Reece over.
Fri, 06 Dec 2013 17:25:00 -0800
Updating a previous report, Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (concussion) has still not been cleared to play in the Week 14 game against the New York Jets.
Fantasy Tip: If Jennings is cleared, he will have the carries almost entirely to himself with RBs Darren McFadden (ankle) and Jeremy Stewart (ankle, knee) already ruled out. Jennings might be a solid RB2 or flex fantasy play, but he is extremely risky to start right now until he is officially given the green light.
Fri, 06 Dec 2013 14:53:56 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (concussion) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 6, and is listed as questionable for Week 14.
Fantasy Tip: Owners will have to wait for the inactive list to see if he will play this week. If he is able to play, he should be considered a solid starting option at running back for owners.

Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (concussion) was limited in practice Thursday, Dec. 5.
Fantasy Tip: Jennings is on the right track to playing Sunday against the New York Jets after being cleared to practice. With signs looking ominous that Darren McFadden will play this weekend, Jennings' value will receive another short-term boost. If he can play, Jennings is a solid RB2 option.
Wed, 04 Dec 2013 15:30:04 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (ankle) missed practice with an ankle injury Wednesday, Dec. 4, after he missed three games this season with a strained right hamstring. "He actually injured the ankle in the game the other day and it was (hurt) more than what we had initially thought," head coach Dennis Allen said. "He wasn't able to go today and hopefully we'll be able to get him out there soon, but I don't know." It's likely that McFadden sits out against the New York Jets in Week 14.
Fantasy Tip: Make plans to be without McFadden, who had only five carries in the team's Week 13 loss. Rashad Jennings (concussion), assuming he is cleared to play, is a solid RB2 against the New York Jets.
Wed, 04 Dec 2013 11:36:03 -0800

Wed, 27 Nov 2013 13:37:44 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) will play in Week 13 against the Dallas Cowboys Thursday, Nov. 28, for the first time since straining his right hamstring Nov. 3. Offensive coordinator Greg Olson said earlier this week that they would ride the "hot hand" of RB Rashad Jennings. "The guy that's in there and being the most effective will be the guy that gets the opportunity," head coach Dennis Allen said. "But I see them both getting a chance to carry the ball. We'll see how it goes. We'll play (it) out as the game plays along."
Fantasy Tip: Jennings could easily see more of a workload in this one and should be seen as an RB 2 or flex. McFadden is more of a flex option as they look to ease him back into the mix.
Mon, 25 Nov 2013 14:24:23 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) did some running Monday, Nov. 25. Head coach Dennis Allen said the team will see how McFadden feels before deciding on his status for Week 13.
Fantasy Tip: McFadden likely will regain his starting job if he is able to play. If he is able to play, he should be a low-end No. 2 or flex option that comes with some risk because he could be limited. Rashad Jennings would be a solid No. 2 running back if McFadden misses another game.
Fri, 22 Nov 2013 13:06:00 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) has been ruled out for the team's Week 12 game.
Fantasy Tip: Rashad Jennings likely will receive a majority of the carries for another week and should be a solid starting option in all leagues. Jennings could also be more involved in the passing game.
Mon, 18 Nov 2013 05:33:06 -0800
Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen suggested there will be a timeshare at running back when RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) returns. RB Rashad Jennings has rushed 57 times for 340 yards (6.0 yards per carry) in the last three games.
Fantasy Tip: McFadden's stock is at a career low. He still needs to be rostered, but he's probably not worth playing until we see how this committee will work.
Fri, 15 Nov 2013 15:27:36 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 15, and has been ruled out for Week 11.
Fantasy Tip: Rashad Jennings likely will continue to start while McFadden is out. Jennings should be considered a No. 2 running back or a flex option for owners.
Tue, 12 Nov 2013 10:11:12 -0800
Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen said RB Rashad Jennings has earned increased playing time, even when RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) returns from his injury. Jennings has 190 rushing yards and has caught nine passes for 93 yards in his last two games filling in for McFadden. "It's a production business," Allen said, "and when he's had the opportunity to go in there, he has produced. When you do that, you get more opportunities."
Fantasy Tip: Jennings should now be owned in most leagues, at least as insurance for those that also have McFadden on roster. Once DMC returns, Jennings could be used as a flex in deeper formats.
Fri, 08 Nov 2013 12:52:34 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 10.
Fantasy Tip: Rashad Jennings likely will receive most of the carries with McFadden out of the lineup. Jennings likely will not be more than a flex option for owners not in point-per-reception leagues. He could be a No. 2 running back or flex option for PPR owners.
Wed, 06 Nov 2013 12:17:57 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.
Fantasy Tip: It is looking increasingly like McFadden will not be available. If he can't go, Rashad Jennings is likely to get the bulk of the work and is worth an add in your league if you are looking for running back depth.
Mon, 04 Nov 2013 15:25:06 -0800
The Oakland Raiders are more worried about the injury to RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) than they are about QB Terrelle Pryor (knee), who is listed as day-to-day. "Obviously, with hamstrings, you never know, with Darren. So, probably a little more concern with Darren than there'd be with Terrelle but we'll see how both of those guys are doing in the morning and that will probably dictate what their availability is going to be on Wednesday," head coach Dennis Allen said. Pryor said his sprained right knee felt fine. McFadden has already missed one game after initially injuring his hamstring.
Fantasy Tip: DMC isn't a stranger to injuries or healing slowly from them. Don't be shocked if he's held out in Week 10. As a result, grab Rashad Jennings off the waiver wire immediately if you own McFadden or are looking for RB depth.
Sun, 03 Nov 2013 17:27:41 -0800
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings carried 15 times for 102 yards and a touchdown in Week 9 against the Philadelphia Eagles, coming on for the injured RB Darren McFadden (hamstring). Jennings also added seven catches for 74 yards.
Fantasy Tip: Jennings should be added in all fantasy leagues, as he had an impressive performance. He could make for a nice low-end RB2 or flex fantasy option if he gets the start in Week 10 against the New York Giants, and he is a solid RB2 option in points-per-reception (PPR) leagues.
Fri, 11 Oct 2013 16:43:39 -0700
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (hamstring) was listed as a limited participant in practice for the third consecutive day Friday, Oct. 11. He is considered questionable for the Week 6 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Thu, 10 Oct 2013 15:37:20 -0700
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (hamstring) was limited in practice Thursday, Oct. 10. It was Jennings' second straight day of practice, and head coach Dennis Allen was "encouraged" by his progress. However, it's uncertain if Jennings will play in Week 6 versus the Kansas City Chiefs.
Fantasy Tip: Jennings will most likely be listed as questionable this weekend, but he probably has a much better chance of playing than Darren McFadden (hamstring). Expect Jennings to share more of the load with Marcel Reece. Against a stout Chiefs defense, Jennings shouldn't be relied on as anything more than a flex play in deep leagues.
Wed, 09 Oct 2013 18:10:56 -0700
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (hamstring), who left the Week 5 game against the San Diego Chargers due to a hamstring injury, was back at practice Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Mon, 07 Oct 2013 05:55:36 -0700
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury in the first half of Week 5 and didn't return. The severity is unknown.
Fantasy Tip: If he and Darren McFadden (hamstring) are both out for Week 6, Marcel Reece will likely see the bulk of the action.
Sat, 05 Oct 2013 09:15:54 -0700
Oakland Raiders RB Rashad Jennings said he is ready for more carries Week 5 if RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) is not able to play. "I'm always ready," Jennings said. "I'm approaching this week the same way I've been approaching any other. I'll be ready for however many carries I get."
Fri, 04 Oct 2013 14:38:15 -0700
Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) likely won't return to the starting lineup until Oct. 27 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, which would give him two-plus weeks and a bye to recover from his strained right hamstring. "Just walking around and stuff you can feel it a little bit. It's tight, sore, so hamstrings are one of those things you want to be careful with. I'd rather miss one or two games than to come back and pop it and miss four or five," McFadden said.
Fantasy Tip: This doesn't come as a shocker. Everyone knows McFadden is extremely injury-prone. The news that he may miss multiple weeks now makes it even more important to grab Rashad Jennings off the waiver wire, if he's still available.
